Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1 Year Warranty

There is a no returns policy but all goods have a 1 year warranty from the purchase of the product and excludes physically breakage of items.

For goods which becomes faulty within the 1 year warranty posting of the goods back to Muxicbox will be covered by the customer.
